Wonderful, honest storytelling at it’s best. I’m sure this story resonates with so many women, I know it did with me. The author shows that a women’s self worth is not dependent on another human being nor is her past a life sentence.

Wow, is all I can say. I could not put the book down. I found this story compelling and extremely inspiring as the author was able to show grace and compassion for her abusers throughout her childhood as well as her adult life.
